Péter Török, MBA

Péter started his career in 1999 as a software developer and climbed the ranks quickly into leadership. He held roles such as software development team lead, project manager, and head of healthcare at evosoft, and was software development director at Siemens Healthcare for the syngo.via project in Erlangen, Germany.

After returning to Budapest, he served as software development director at evopro Holding Zrt., shaping the company's software strategy, and then as head of R&D at Mediso Medical Imaging Systems, where he led teams using agile methodologies.

He is known for strategic thinking, practical leadership, and project efficiency. His technical expertise is in C++, C#, and .NET, combined with agile process work.

Dr. Linda Szántó

Linda is the co-founder and Managing Director of Silurus. As a strategic leader she oversees sales, marketing, recruitment and HR, drives international expansion, and leads the digitalisation of the company's operations. She builds long-term, trust-based partnerships and works fluently in English and German.

She holds degrees in law and the humanities, with a major in English. Her earlier experience at an international law firm, at the national data protection authority, and in IT project management all support her executive work.

Linda is also a consultant and advisory coordinator at the Faculty of Informatics, Eötvös Loránd University, on a programme that supports businesses through digital transformation.

In 2024, Linda was selected by Bizalmi Kör, Hungary’s largest and most respected community of business leaders, together with Dun & Bradstreet, one of the world’s largest business information providers, first among the Top 10 and later the Top 3 female business leaders.

In 2025, she was honored with the highest distinction, being named Female Business Leader of the Year.

In 2026, she received the Pioneer Award at the Women Entrepreneurs’ Day (Női Vállalkozók Napja), one of Europe’s largest events dedicated to female entrepreneurs, recognizing her leadership and impact in the field of medical software development.

Tamás Fodor

Tamás has spent over a decade building software for healthcare. He holds degrees in software and biomedical engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and Semmelweis University, where he researched speech-based depression detection using data science and acoustic-phonetic analysis.

His career has been dedicated to medical software under IEC 62304. He contributed to a major medical imaging platform for a global MedTech company, developing communication and security features in an FDA-regulated environment. He then spent seven years in radiotherapy software development, first as a developer, then as a technical lead, working closely with hospitals on complex issues and improving treatment efficiency. His scope covered PACS integration, DICOM and HL7 connectivity, and DevOps, including automated regression pipelines on Azure.

He also helped build cloud platforms where research centres can run AI-driven image processing algorithms on patient CT scans. Today his responsibilities at Silurus span engineering leadership and business development: overseeing ongoing projects, building partnerships in the MedTech industry, and representing the company at international conferences.

András Török, MBA

András leads the Singapore office. He has more than 15 years of international experience in financial services, particularly in investment banking. He has worked in key financial centres such as Singapore and Switzerland with global banks including Standard Chartered and UBS, in mid-level management positions across strategy, prime brokerage, and institutional derivatives sales and trading.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of work he sails and spends time outdoors. His international experience and deep industry knowledge make him a valuable expert in the global financial sector.
