Four steps, in the order they actually happen. We aim to close most processes inside three weeks.

Reply within 3 business days

Application & CV review

A senior engineer reviews your CV against the role and replies, either way, within three business days. No keyword filters between you and a human.

02 / 04
Up to 1 hour

Introductory conversation

A relaxed first call with our CEO and / or Head of Software Engineering. Mostly to see whether we click, with light technical and general questions woven in. No homework, no whiteboard.

03 / 04
Up to 1 hour

Technical interview

A focused session with engineers from the team you would join. Realistic problems from imaging, radiotherapy or regulated firmware. We are checking how you think and work, not whether you have seen the trick.

Within a week

Final & offer

Numbers, start date, contract details. If both sides are in, the offer follows the same week, in writing.
